All services provided by KayLi Designs are subject to the following terms and conditions. KayLi Designs does not share your personal information with anyone.
Website Hosting
Pappashop Web Hosting and Merchant Moms are in no way responsible for any agreement or contract that you have with KayLi Designs. PappaShop Web Hosting and Merchant Moms are separate and independently owned businesses.
Client Websites
KayLi Designs is in no way responsible for typed content, client pictures or products on client websites. KayLi Designs only designs the look for client websites.
Acceptance
Payment for your project is an acceptance of KayLi Designs terms and conditions.
Charges
Charges for services to be provided by KayLi Designs are defined within designated pages at www.kaylidesigns.com. All custom design services require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to commencement of work. This secures your place in line on the waiting list.
Once client gives final approval of web design, the remaining balance will be charged to the client, along with hosting setup fee if applicable, by the client. The final payment must be paid within 5 business days of approving the final design. Once final payment is received the client will reiceve their website and any extras purchased. KayLi Designs reserves the right to post your design as a premade if final payment is not made by the fifth business day.
Copyright & Design Credit
KayLi Designs reserves the right to add a thumbnail image of your finished site design to the portfolio. KayLi Designs also reserves the right not to add a thumbnail image of your finished site design to the portfolio.
KayLi Designs reserves the right to add a small link on your finished website stating "Web Design by KayLi Designs" .
This link from your completed website to KayLi Designs website is not to be removed. If a written request to remove this link is submitted, there is a $100.00 charge to do so and KayLi Designs reserves the right to not add a return link to your site from within the Portfolio.
If KayLi Designs is requested to redesign any element of a website once the design final has been approved, the client shall pay any stated fees for extra's as described on KayLi Designs' website at www.kaylidesigns.com
Indemnification
Under no circumstances will KayLi Designs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from client's website sales or lack thereof. Client is responsible for adding and promoting their own products and/or services. Sites containing pornography or unlawful content will be removed from the portfolio and turned into the proper authorities. Family Friendly websites only please.
Termination & Refunds
Termination of services by the client must be requested in a written notice and will be effective on receipt of such notice. Email or telephone requests for termination of services will not be honored unless confirmed in writing.
Due to the nature of the KayLi Designs products, there are no refunds offered at this time.
